The Authentic Build™ LAUNCH Method

FOR PARENTS, PARTNERS, SIBLINGS AND LOVED ONES

Support your adult child without taking over.

You love someone who is stuck, and you are tired. Worry makes you step in, stepping in can make everyone more stuck, and none of that makes you a bad parent or partner. This is a way to learn the difference, without shame.

What you might be carrying

You may be doing things for them that they could do, because it is faster and calmer. You may be avoiding a conversation because the last one went badly. You may be wondering where support ends and rescue begins.

Supporting the Launch is about sustainable support: what to keep offering, what to hand back, how to talk so the connection survives, and how to hold your own worry while you do it.

Respecting the adult in your life

The adult you care about is an adult. Your course is for your own learning and does not enroll or monitor them or automatically share their journal responses. They choose what to share, and they choose their own path voluntarily.

If you are in an unsafe or coercive relationship, optional joint family planning or meetings are not appropriate. Read our safety guidance first. The adult can read about their own course on the young adults page.

If you want live support

Coaching is separate from the $197 self-paced course. Course plus group coaching and Private 12-week Launch Coaching both have open enrollment. Listed ranges are $750 to $1,500 for course plus group coaching and $2,500 to $5,000 or more for private coaching. Package inclusions, access and final prices are confirmed through an inquiry. Ask about coaching.

The LAUNCH Method

The Authentic Build™ LAUNCH Method has six steps: Locate the stuck point, Assess your current life, Understand yourself, Navigate direction, Create consistent action, and Hold your own life.

Questions people ask

Does buying this course mean I can see my adult child's progress?

No. Your purchase is for your own learning. It is not consent to enroll or monitor the adult, and it does not license their course automatically. Buying does not automatically share journal responses; the adult chooses what to share. Anyone with access to the same browser or device may be able to see saved notes, so use a private device or browser profile.

Will this teach me to make them change?

No. It focuses on what you can control: how you support, communicate, set boundaries and hand responsibility back.

Does the adult need to take a course too?

No. This course stands alone. If the adult wants their own course, it is a separate choice that is theirs to make.

How long will it take?

The suggested pace is 7 weeks for 7 modules. It is self-paced, so go at the speed your life allows.

Is this therapy or a guarantee of results?

No. The courses are educational. They are separate from therapy, diagnosis or urgent care, and they do not guarantee a job, income, housing or clinical results. In an emergency, contact local emergency services.

How does payment and access work?

Payment is verified through Whop before paid content opens. General courses open in the same browser used to purchase. Cultural courses and guides open through the account used to purchase, and the workbook is tied to the account. Reflection notes are saved only in your browser and do not sync between devices. Buying a course does not automatically share journal responses; the adult chooses what to share. Anyone with access to the same browser or device may be able to see saved notes, so use a private device or browser profile.

How do I ask about a refund?

Use the seller contact route shown on your Whop receipt. Confirmed refunds or payment reversals remove access.
