FOR ADULTS 18 AND OLDER
Young adult independence starts with self-trust.
If you want to trust yourself more and run more of your own daily life, this is a place to start without being judged for where you are now. You set the pace. Nobody else has to be involved.

Does any of this sound familiar?
You know what you want to be doing, and still the day slips by. Starting feels heavy, and the avoidance makes you feel worse about yourself.
Decisions about work, school or money feel loaded, so you wait. Other people seem to have a rulebook you never got.
The Authentic Build is a psychologically informed learning space. It builds internal independence (self-trust, values, regulation, decisions) alongside external independence (routines, work or school, money, daily skills, relationships). It works on both, because having a job is not the same as feeling able to direct your own life.

Your choices stay yours
You choose this voluntarily and can learn without any family involvement. Your reflections are saved in your browser on your device, and buying a course does not automatically share them. You choose what to share. Anyone with access to the same browser or device may be able to see saved notes, so use a private device or browser profile. A parent or loved one buying their own course does not give them your course.
If someone close to you wants to support you, they have their own separate course. You can read about it on the parents page, or see how the two can optionally fit together on the families page.
If you want live support
Group coaching and private 12-week coaching are separate from the self-paced course and the $197 price. Open enrollment ranges are $750 to $1,500 for course plus group coaching and $2,500 to $5,000 or more for private coaching. Inclusions, access and final prices are confirmed through an inquiry. Ask about coaching.
The LAUNCH Method
The Authentic Build™ LAUNCH Method has six steps: Locate the stuck point, Assess your current life, Understand yourself, Navigate direction, Create consistent action, and Hold your own life.
Questions people ask
Do I need my parents or anyone else involved?
No. The course is built for you to use on your own. Anyone supporting you can take their own separate course, but your participation does not depend on it.
Is this for me if I am not sure what is wrong?
The course starts from where you are. The free questionnaire can help you check topic fit, but it is educational and not a validated assessment or a diagnosis.
How long will it take?
The suggested pace is 8 weeks for 8 modules. It is self-paced, so you can go slower or faster.
Who can see what I write?
Reflection notes are saved in your browser on your device and are not shared automatically; the adult chooses what to share. Anyone with access to the same browser or device may be able to see saved notes, so use a private device or browser profile.
Is this therapy or a guarantee of results?
No. The courses are educational. They are separate from therapy, diagnosis or urgent care, and they do not guarantee a job, income, housing or clinical results. In an emergency, contact local emergency services.
How does payment and access work?
Payment is verified through Whop before paid content opens. General courses open in the same browser used to purchase. Cultural courses and guides open through the account used to purchase, and the workbook is tied to the account. Reflection notes are saved only in your browser and do not sync between devices. Buying a course does not automatically share journal responses; the adult chooses what to share. Anyone with access to the same browser or device may be able to see saved notes, so use a private device or browser profile.
How do I ask about a refund?
Use the seller contact route shown on your Whop receipt. Confirmed refunds or payment reversals remove access.
